RETURNS AND REFUNDSHow can I return a product?

their withdrawal right (Legislative Decree 206/2005, section V, articles

- Number of invoice;
- Description and quantity of refunded products (in case of partial withdrawal);
- Reason for returning;
- Amount paid;
- Bank details for refund.
