Parties to this contract are Makeit, division of Farmalabor S.r.l. located in Canosa di Puglia (BT), via Oberdan 52, and the client which personal data are indicated into the order form.2. Content
With this contract, Makeit offers goods and services chosen by the client in the order form to be considered as integral part of the contract.

If goods are totally available, the order is managed within the first next working day. If items are not available, finished or no more supplied by the suppliers, we will inform the client and indicate the waiting times for the complete preparation of shipping.8. Delivery and receipt of goods. Undelivered and unclaimed goods
Goods are delivered by courier SDA. Delivery times in Italy are 24/48 hours from the order departure date.
Unless different indications, shipping costs are charged according to delivery rates in force at the order moment. Shipping costs to Italy amount to €8 for orders to €59. For orders of more than €59, shipping is free.
If undelivered, courier will send a second delivery notice. Within the next day, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. If the delivery could not be possible, product will be held for pick-up and it could be personally picked up by the client within one week from the date of the last delivery attempt directly contacting the courier.
For shipping to Europe, user must choose the destination country from the drop-down menu. In the summary, shipping costs will be automatically shown. For non-European shipping, user must send his/her request by email at the address firstname.lastname@example.org
“Makeit”, division of Farmalabor S.r.l., is not responsible for damages to people, animals or goods due to improper use of purchased goods by client.
Therefore, client has meticulously to observe what is indicated on the package, in technical and security datasheets, paying attention to security rules and checking the expiry date of the product. For fulfilled order, Makeit responsibility stops when goods are delivered to the courier.
It is a client’s responsibility to pick up goods as soon as possible. Client takes his/her own responsibility concerning wrong, insufficient or not respected delivery indications. In case of theft, loss, damage of goods for verified default of the client, he/she will take his/her complete responsibility.10. Warranty
Products are guaranteed by their makers or suppliers according to their warranty conditions. Products with expiry date are guaranteed until the expiry date, provided that the first use of the product is not done after the expiry date.
Warranty is valid provided that products have been well conserved.11. Withdrawal right. Delivery mistakes. Damaged or wrong goods
Clients who have received damaged, defective or wrong products can exercise their withdrawal right (Legislative Decree 206/2005, section V, articles 64-67) within and not after 14 days from the day of the goods receipt (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in February 2014). Total refund of the incurred expenses will occur upon products return.

- Client’s personal data (name, surname, address, email address, phone number);
- Number of invoice;
- Description and quantity of refunded products (in case of partial withdrawal);
- Reason for returning;
- Amount paid;
- Bank details for refund.
After the verify of request accuracy, client will be contacted by our Orders Office and he/she will be allowed to send goods, intact and in their original package, together with the written request to this address: Makeit, via Oberdan 52, 76012 Canosa di Puglia (BT).
However, the return of goods must happen within 10 (ten) days after the goods receipt date. Goods must be intact or in their regular state of conservation.
Costs for return are at client expenses. Seller will refund the amount paid by the client, unless direct expenses for goods return, within 30 (thirty) days from the goods date receipt from Makeit.12. Clients obligations
With the acceptance of this contract, client declares to have carefully read our offer, the technical data of the product and general terms of the contract. We suggest the client to print and keep a copy of this contract. Client declares to have not written false declarations on the order form and declares that the inserted data correspond to his/her personal data. Any potential violation or infringement will be discussed in the relevant Court of Justice.
